  Terrible results and awful customer service! This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used them for wash and fold and dry cleaning more than once because of the convenience of location. The dry cleaning service is questionable at best and on more than one occasion they have lost numerous items and switched clothes with someone else's for wash and fold. Upon returning those items, there was no thank you, no follow up, no apology.
